MY EXPERIENCE
I am a seasoned CPA with a wealth of corporate accounting and finance experience, primarily in the energy industry.
I have served as a Controller, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary. My experience includes external reporting, SEC reporting, income tax accounting, mergers, acquisitions, consolidations, percentage of completion, earnings per share calculations, stock-based compensation, cash flow, budgeting, planning, forecasting, internal controls, SOX, joint venture invoicing, payroll, payroll taxes and Human Resources. I have performed research on many accounting topics, implemented new standards and worked on IFRS issues.
I operated my own CPA firm during the 2020 - 2022 timeframe before briefly returning to the corporate world. I believe my breadth of knowledge would be of great value to any client.
